Don’t give up on this!

Maybe you are just looking for tips on getting stronger. Maybe you are looking for a way to lose excess body fat, to get into shape and be fitter. Or maybe you’ve heard of CrossFit and were just curious to find out what all the fuss was about. Whatever the reasons it’s important to remember you took a step in the right direction. Not doing anything will get you nowhere. This is why it’s important to keep on moving.

I am based on the Costa del Sol in the south of Spain, but I wil help anyone anywhere in the world who is willing to make a true effort to help themselves. I will not lead you by the hand. I will show you the road and will accompany you on it, but it is YOU who have to make the effort. Once you understand this we can get going.

For those who have not heard of CrossFit or how it can help you achieve your fitness and health related goals, let me give you a brief rundown of what it is.

CrossFit is, in simple terms, a Strength and Conditioning program. Through its constantly varied and functional workouts it is capable of helping you burn excess body fat, increase your strength, cardiorespiratory capacity, stamina, coordination, flexibility, and much more. CrossFit workouts are short but intense, yet the results they are able to achieve far exceed those of any other type of traditional workout. Doing CrossFit you will learn skills you never thought possible and had only seen on Television. Doing CrossFit you will get into the best shape of your life. Guaranteed. These are just some of the many reasons why people all over the world are switching to this incredibly successful, fun, and intense form of training.

And even if you are not interested in doing CrossFit, you must understand the importance of moving. The human body was made to move, it was made to run, to lift, to exert itself. And doing so has incredible health benefits. Some of the better known ones are:
